Speaker: Our featured speaker is the nationally recognized government scholar and pollster Charles Franklin, Director of the Marquette Law School Poll. Professor Franklin led the Law School Poll during the highly scrutinized 2012 election cycle, establishing Marquette as the definitive source for information concerning public opinion in Wisconsin. The poll accurately captured voter attitudes before every major election in 2012, including the gubernatorial recall, U.S. Senate and presidential races. The poll continues to track political races of interest to voters and explore additional public policy issues. His very timely topic will be “Elections 2016: Whither Wisconsin?”
