Join Bhikshuni Lhundup Chodon as she begins an 8 week class on managing and transforming anger. Anger is one of the most common and destructive emotions, that affects our mind and relationships every day. We will learn simple steps to identify anger in our mind and acknowledge how it harms ourselves and others. Then we will apply practical methods in our daily life to reduce our anger.
