This eight week course is designed to acquaint participants with the tension-reducing strategies of Alexander Technique, gaining an experiential understanding of their own anatomy, and skill in receiving and using the many subtle signals that the body sends to the brain. Curiosity and enjoyment of body movement will be encouraged and an understanding of the beautiful complexity of our bodies will be developed through simple strategies.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a notebook or journal.
