“Stress” is a universal experience though rarely well defined in plain language, and, if over-active, responsible for all human illness and death. Traditional hunter-gatherer clans have NONE of our diseases. Stress may, also, be thought of as a biological human population regulation mechanism, and its prevalence in our daily lives may be a hallmark of our nearly invisible overpopulation problem. All environmental decline may be seen as the result of human activity, and too many humans can cause environmental harm, such as the earth is now experiencing. This course is intended to begin a discussion of these and other related topics. The objective is simple: the individual knowledge and action necessary for the salvation of humanity and the biosphere.
