The purpose of the course is to evaluate the components of healthy aging such as diet, exercise, stress and pain management, music, and spirituality, using research evidence. There will be practical demonstrations especially gentle stretching exercises. As an occupational therapist and psychologist I have explored these topics through teaching and research.
