The course provides practical training in mindfulness meditation with Buddhist origins. The focus is on the “nuts and bolts” of mindfulness, featuring substantial periods of meditation and discussion of experiences. Important components including mindfulness of body, emotion, thought and mind will be learned.

Course Outline

Regular periods of meditation at home, starting at 20 minutes per day.

No need to pre-enroll since there is no class size limit; just come to the first-class session.
