The course provides practical training in mindfulness meditation with Buddhist origins. The focus is on the “nuts and bolts” of mindfulness, featuring substantial periods of meditation and discussion of experiences. Also, important components including mindfulness of body, emotion, thought and mind and further intermediate topics.
