Healthy Aging is a lecture and discussion course from an occupational therapist's perspective that explores the topics such as designing personal health goals, prescriptive exercise, managing stress, healthy diets, mindfulness, longevity and spirituality.

The coordinator will use latest research to support presentation. There will be demonstrations of gentle exercises.
