Edie Urness-Pondillo earned her bachelor's degree in secondary education
from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her master's in English
literature from Middle Tennessee State University. She spent more than
30 years in the public school classroom, teaching literature and
writing, as well as advising yearbook, newspaper, and GSA clubs. After
spending the last 18 years teaching high school outside Nashville, TN,

Louise Fowler handles financial records and bookkeeping for PLATO. She joined the office staff in 2014, after retiring from 15 years teaching in the Distance Education Professional Development area at UW-Madison Continuing Studies.
