Course Description 

Healthy Aging is a lecture and discussion course from an occupational therapist's perspective that explores the topics such as designing personal health goals, prescriptive exercise, managing stress, healthy diets, mindfulness, longevity, and spirituality.

The coordinator will use the latest research to support presentations.

The class will be a combination of lectures through PowerPoint followed by comments, questions, and discussion.
