Course Description

The Ontology Book Club will meet weekly to discuss the book, Self Observation, by Red Hawk.  Ontology is the science of Being.

Heather Williams has been a High Watch Mentor in The Prosperos School of Ontology since 1978.

This book, Self Observation, offers a simple yet powerful and clear guide for anyone interested in observing themselves moving through old habits and engaging the pathway of freedom called: “Know Thyself”.  Red Hawk is a poet and professor at the University of Arkansas.
