This course provides training in mindfulness meditation with Buddhist origins.  The focus is developing or enhancing practice of breath meditation, followed by the fundamentals of receptive awareness practice, as taught by Sayadaw U Tejaniya. In class periods of meditation and discussion of experiences will occur.
