Join us on April 13th as we journey to the Milwaukee Art Museum for the annual Art in Bloom exhibit.
Spring comes alive at the Milwaukee Art Museum in April. Stunning art-inspired floral installations will be set among three floors of collection galleries in the museum. Marketplaces will be filled with flowers, clothing, purses, jewelry, beauty products, garden accessories, and more from local vendors and artisans.
Over 10,000 guests visit the Milwaukee Art Museum throughout the four-day event to view the magnificent colors of spring and experience the art in the museum in fresh ways. To learn more about the Art in Bloom 2018 event, go to its webpage.
We will arrive at the museum at 10:00 A.M and we will leave at 3:00 P.M. You will have plenty of time to view the floral displays and the art, do some shopping, and enjoy a leisurely lunch. In addition, you may want to view other special art exhibits on display, including the major exhibition, Coming Home: Winslow Homer & England. And if the weather is nice, you could take a stroll outside along the shore of Lake Michigan.
Lunch will be on your own with some suggestions listed below.
