About the event

This talk will address the future of global economic and military institutions amid the rise of nationalist sentiment.

About the speaker

Jon Pevehouse, professor, UW–Madison’s Department of Political Science

Pevehouse has research interests in the field of international relations, including international political economy, American foreign policy, and international organizations. His work examines the relationship between domestic and international politics, and he has published on topics such as regional trade agreements and exchange rate policies. He has also received numerous awards, including the Chancellor’s Distinguished Teaching Award, and is the editor of the professional journal International Organization.

The lecture will be held in the Fluno Center, Howard Auditorium (first floor), 601 University Avenue, Madison, WI 53715 

Public parking is available in the Fluno Center garage (Lot 83) at 314 N. Frances Street, in Lot 46 at 301 N. Lake Street, or in the Lake Street ramp at 415 N. Lake Street.
